General Terms
⟢ Please read my Terms of Service before ordering a commission. By ordering a commission, you agree to follow these terms.
⟢ My artistic style may have minor changes as I continue to improve and develop as an artist.
⟢ If I accidentally miss a small detail, please let me know during the revision stage. Once the artwork is completed and approved, no further changes will be made unless an additional fee is agreed upon.
⟢ If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before I begin the commission. I will do my best to meet the deadline, but I cannot guarantee a specific completion date unless previously agreed upon.
⟢ I will provide progress updates from time to time, so please keep in touch and respond to any questions or updates I send.
⟢ Commissions may take approximately 3 weeks to 2 months or longer, depending on the commission type, complexity, and my current workload.⟢ You can track my commission progress here: Work Status (Coming Soon)
Payment RulesDeposit & Payment Schedule
⟢ A 50% deposit is required upfront when ordering a commission. The remaining 50% must be paid after the final artwork is completed and before the unwatermarked/high-quality file is delivered.
⟢ To prevent unauthorized use of unfinished artwork, progress previews and the final artwork may contain blurred areas and/or a lot of watermarks until full payment has been received.
⟢ The full, unwatermarked artwork will only be provided after the remaining balance has been paid. The commission watermark will be the only watermark on the artwork.Accepted Payment Methods

* Complex character designs
* Extra characters
* Detailed/complex backgrounds
* Major changes requested after the sketch phase
* Rush orders
* Any additional work that was not included in the original commission agreement
⟢ I will discuss any additional fees with you before beginning the extra work.
Refunds & CancellationsRefund Policy
⟢ Once I have started working on the commission and the sketch has been shown, the payment is generally non-refundable.
⟢ A refund may be given if I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.
⟢ If you cancel before I begin the commission/sketch, I may provide a refund depending on the circumstances.
⟢ Once the sketch has been started and shown, refunds will generally no longer be available.Client Drop-Off / Inactivity
⟢ If you stop responding to commission updates or questions, I will wait 14 days for a response.
⟢ If I receive no response after 14 days, I reserve the right to place the commission on hold or cancel it.
⟢ If the commission is cancelled because of prolonged inactivity, any refund will be determined based on how much work has already been completed.
⟢ If you return after the commission has been placed on hold, please understand that your commission may be moved further back in my queue depending on my current workload.Artist Cancellation
⟢ I reserve the right to cancel a commission if:
* An emergency or unforeseen circumstance prevents me from completing it.
* The requested commission violates my TOS or Will/Won't-Draw list.
* The client becomes disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise makes the commission process uncomfortable or unsafe.
* The commission requires work that I am not comfortable providing.
⟢ If I cancel a commission for a reason unrelated to the client's actions, I will provide an appropriate refund based on the amount of work completed.
Scope & RevisionsRevision Limit
⟢ 3 minor revisions are included for free during the sketch phase.
⟢ Minor revisions include things such as small changes to expressions, poses, colors, or details.Extra Revision Costs
⟢ Major changes requested after the sketch has been approved may require an additional fee.
⟢ Additional minor revisions beyond the 3 included revisions may also require an additional fee.
⟢ Please make sure your references and requests are clear before approving the sketch.References Needed
⟢ Please provide a clear reference for your character when ordering a full/simple illustration or ordering the outfit design commission.
⟢ References may be different for the character design commission.

⟢ I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter, even if it is not specifically listed above.
Copyright & UsageArtist Rights
⟢ I retain the original copyright and ownership of the artwork.
⟢ I may use completed artwork for advertising, portfolios, websites, and social media.
⟢ I may also post work-in-progress images or the artwork process on social media unless the client requests privacy before work begins.Client Rights
⟢ The client receives permission to use the completed artwork for personal use only.
⟢ Personal use includes using the artwork as a profile picture, wallpaper, personal post, or similar non-commercial purposes.
⟢ Commercial use and merchandise are not included in the base commission price. Commercial usage must be discussed with me beforehand and may require an additional fee.
⟢ The client may not claim the artwork as their own or remove my watermark/signature.
⟢ Please credit me as the artist when posting the artwork publicly using my social media username or link.
